The role holder is a proactive Sales Account Manager, who acts a sales contact for the customer and develops long term customer relationships. They are responsible for delivering against personal contract value, revenue and gross margin targets by selling new and protecting existing services, as well as engaging with other business units to deliver customer requirements as necessary.
