The Master Data and Sales Admin team will be responsible for ensuring the accurate recording of customer, pricing and contract information. The position play a key role in managing relationship and information between the business and external customer. The team members play a key part in ensuring accurate information is provided in the creation of bills and support the firm in improving their working capital position. An ability to work quickly, with good customer service skills and in an organized way, with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is important to the success of the role.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

- set up / maintain / validate master data (customer, vendor, contract and pricing master) with complete account information, set, change, remove, and apply blocks to customer/vendor accounts and contracts as necessary in accordance with agreed service level agreements and distribute information accordingly
- act as liaison between Billing Team and external customers sales reps to support in resolving queries and to accommodate special requests for accurately delivering invoices and maintaining customer records. Solve issues in cooperation with colleagues within O2C/MDM
- ability to work flexibly and cover other sales back office activities when required
- contribute to operational improvement initiatives within the O2C/MDM team / support projects when assigned
- contribute and prepare reconciliation reports when assigned

Elvárások / Requirements

- university or college degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance & Accounting, Information Technologies
- at least 2 years experience in international environment focused on in a customer focused role or Master Data Team
- beneficial: general understanding of the overall order to cash process
- beneficial: experience in working in a service driven, customer environment (beneficial: SSC experience)
- intermediate English and Slovak
- solid Excel and SAP knowledge
- excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- proactive and outcome-focused attitude
- self- motivation
