Pozíció leírása / Job description- Solid understanding of the processes in OTC/PTP departments: AR, Cash application and Billing, Collection, Invoice processing
- Resolve issues that may arrive in relation to above mentioned process
- Support and ensure service delivery for the RTR processes for the local finance team by strong cooperation with the transactional service provider
- Demonstrated capability to train, support, coach the RTR accountant
- Strong cooperation with Local finance team and the corporate consolidation team
- Close cooperation with the Global Process Owners
- Motivation and willingness to harness the opportunity of shaping future routines and processes
- Key contact for internal and external Audit requests
- Work together with peer COEs (Center of Excellence functions) to further exploit possible synergies
- We are looking for experienced (min. 3-5yrs) professionals from the field of Record-to-Report to join our team
- Ability to work with data, prepare reports, work with management and discuss operational / process related matters.
- Must have strong communication, planning, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing in English
- Portuguese language is an advantage
