Pozíció leírása / Job description- Improving, managing and implementing new procurement processes
- Employing process mining techniques to analyze the causes of problem roots
- Improving automation of administrative tasks connected to clearance and sourcing processes and master data.
- Supporting the global procurement team, other departments (quality) and procurement managers
- Helping in the (re-)training of other professionals who are responsible for operating processes
- Handling other Ad Hoc projects connected to procurement
- You have 3-5 years of experience
- You speak English fluently
- You have a university degree in Supply Chain/Economics/Engineering OR Information Management
- You have project management skills
- You are motivated, enthusiastic and keen on learning new skills
- Other language knowledge is a huge advantage (German, Dutch, French)
- You are an advanced user of MS Office
- You have SAP, Oracle or other ERP system knowledge
- You are an analytical thinker, proactive, independent and persistent
- You have great communication skills
