Pozíció leírása / Job description- Support the development, maintenance, and analysis of reporting at the portfolio and project level, including exception reporting of portfolio issues.
- Work closely with the PMO leadership team, portfolio, and project managers to ensure that project portfolio information is maintained and available for planning and forecasting.
- Create project plans and team spaces within the planning tool.
- Support the time capture function within the planning tool.
- Process work and project requests received into the intake tool.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute reporting metrics.
- Apply company PMO project standards and methodology, including quality assurance analysis.
- Support TA PMO best practices by seeking opportunities to make efficiencies and improvements for recommendations to the PMO leadership team.
Qualifications
- Two years of related work experience.
- Working knowledge of project management methodologies and principles (e.g., Prince 2, PMP, PMBOK).
- Proficiency using MS office project (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Analytical and organizational skills to plan, prioritize and analyze project data.
- Interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with all levels of staff and management and proactively resolve issues to complete assignments on time.
