- Ensures the targeted process capability for the plastic molding manufacturing processes of complex thermoplast and thermoset productdesigns
- Takes part in the development of engineering processes for the products in the field
- Supports the implementation of the production lines and equipment in the field of molding
- Development of manufacturing processes on production sites
- Responsible for the creating and implementing L.E.A.N / CI ideas
- Leading projects to reduce scrap and increase efficiency on the lines
- Ensures the training, professional development and integration of the team members
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technologies, Plastic Processing or similar
- Practical understanding of modern production and quality management tools
- At least five years professional experience of process development, project and people management
- Experience with automotive quality standards
