- Conduct analysis on Product Cost Development, Unit Cost Analysis and Productivity.
- Align the yearly budgeting of the plant with special focus on cost and capacity.
- Continuous improvement and support the work of the Plant team
- Implement Standard Costing template with Governance of Material Master
- Create monthly forecast on production cost with the help of the Plant Manager
- Create, execute, and elucidate key performance indicators (KPIs) that outline the operational effectiveness of the plant in collaboration with Plant Leadership. Deliver comprehensive monthly reports on plant performance utilizing both global tools and plant-specific analysis within the plant organization.
- Provide assistance for the monthly review of Integrated Operations.
- Support the plant in achieving productivity goals..
- Proactively contribute to and uphold an environment conducive to robust internal controls
- Engage in and provide assistance to the Global Plant Cost Analysis Organization across diverse projects, such as process enhancement and IT tool upgrades
- University degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- At least 3 years of experience in plant controlling, preferabtly in a manufacturing environment
- Strong computing skills
- Experience in process improvement
- Knowledge of standard costing environments preferred
- Confident communication and networking skills are essential
- Meeting deadlines, driving for results, and problem-solving attitude
- Fluency in English is required
