We are looking for a Payroll Specialist for our client who provides services in 23 countries across Europe and Asia and it is still significantly growing.

coordinating payroll in collaboration with the outsourced payroll vendor
supporting the HR team in the hands on collection, calculation and entering of payroll data
ensuring payroll data integrity across the integrated HR and payroll system
identifying and fixing of any errors
supporting in the maintenance of payroll guidelines by writing and iteratively updating policies and procedures
drawing current and future needs of payroll in your regions
transferring the data and ensuring that the new design fulfills all local statutory and legal requirements
payroll query and request management both to employees and Team Leads

Elvárások / Requirements

min. 3 years of relevant experience
fluent English is a must
experience with global payroll and Workday or other enterprise HR systems
hands-on experience of payroll process design
full proficiency in Excel
good communication and problem solving skill
teamplayer
