Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionKey responsibilities for this role include:
- Perform payment runs (automatic, manual, semi-automatic)
- Perform vendor and customer refunds, control direct debit payments
- Perform manual payments through various bank platforms
- Perform POB (Payment on Behalf) requests
- Prepare and Control Fund requests
- Perform Daily-, weekly-, monthly payment related reconciliation
- Follow up open items during the month and as part of month-end activities
- Support Audit requests
- Support system/process changes to fix root-cause of issues, follow up, issue resolution and reporting
- Support Treasury teams in various projects
- Working closely with Bank and Cash team
- Actively support process improvement in all areas of Payment processes
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- 4+ years of experience in similar role
- Understanding and knowledge of the activities of different teams within the GIS organization such as AP, AR, GL, Bank and Cash booking, Intercompany
- This position requires excellent organization, planning, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- This individual should also possess very strong oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
