The position includes complex tasks, such as:
- the assistance of leaders
- organization of travels, booking of flights and accommodation, team buildings and events
-being responsible for the office: ordering supplies, keeping track of the booking of meeting rooms, keeping contact with the maintenance
- welcoming guests, receiving calls and answering emails
- keeping in contact with partners
- easy translations
Elvárások / Requirements
You are a great fit for this position, if you have upper intermediate English (and native Hungarian) language skills, a people oriented mindset, proactive attitude and the ability to work six hours on workdays.
