The Reporting Specialist works directly with the finance director, controller and leaders to provide a clear view of the company’s results, the financial outlook and ensuring the company is in control. In this role you will report to the Finance director.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Complex financial reporting (full P&L, Balance Sheet, CF)
- Close cooperation with accounting team
- Monthly management reporting and business analysis
- Supporting role in business planning cycles (budgeting, forecasting, three years growth plan)
- Participating in risk management
- Participating in compliance and internal/external audit processes
- Process/system improvements
- Active and regular relationship with operational leaders
- Daily operational activities
- Participating in related projects
- College/University degree
- 3+ years relevant experience in multinational company in reporting role
- Strong accounting background, proven track record in control & compliance
- Previous audit experience is advantage
- IFRS knowledge is advantage
- Strong Excel, Powerpoint knowledge is a must
- Fluent business English and Hungarian
- Excellent analytical skills
- Has a passion for results: has a ‘can do’ mentality
- Hard working, proactive team player who solves problems with limited oversight
