Your tasks will be
- Take part in strategic planning, building up the operation and hiring team members
- Emphasis on people and exceptional customer service.
- Lead a dedicated team of approximately 50 full-time employees.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence and prioritize customer satisfaction.
- Strategize and implement a robust knowledge management framework.
- Understand, take over and create processes.
- Shape a supportive team, providing exceptional care for our customers.
- Meet the SLAs and KPIs
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of leadership experience in B2C Customer Support organizations.
- Ability to motivate, inspire, and prioritize people at all levels.
- Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills for team leader development.
- Deep commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service with a mindset of excellence.
- Preferably experienced in after-sales services to enhance the customer experience.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities to foster relationships internally and externally.
- Strong proficiency in English for effective communication.
