Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Responsible for managing and maintaining all hardware and software assets across
  the organisation.
• Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions to streamline IT operations
  and reduce manual effort.
• Manage endpoint security and enforce compliance with IT policies and procedures.
  Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Create and manage IT project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on
  time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Assist with the deployment of new IT systems and technologies.
• Provide IT support to staff as required.
• Monitor and maintain IT systems and infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and
  availability.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging IT trends and technologies.

Elvárások / Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT operations, device management and automation.
• Relevant studies in system administration
• Experience with endpoint management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Experience in managing IT projects.
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Upper intermediate written and verbal communication skills in English.
