Pozíció leírása / Job description- Independently manage end-to-end processes
- Organize internal and external events (e.g. in-person & hybrid outings)
- Internal and external communication with teammates and partners
- Make sure that the team recieves their monthly compensation
- Track payment collection, discuss outstanding payments with related stakeholders
- Delegate and supervise; help facilitate smooth and efficient operations
- Provide administrative support to teams (e.g. HR, finance)
- Keep office life organized in our Budapest location
- 3+ years of operations or office management experience
- Experience in event/conference organization is a plus
- Experience with dynamically growing companies is a plus
- Relevant experience in HR administration
