Your tasks and responsibilities:
...- Process and record bookings, forward it to the planning manager
- Keep in touch with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Answer to a potential client as quick as possible with a price offer
- Get the reservation from a tour operator and distribute it to the supplies or to our planning department.
- Release invoices
- Participate at marketing meetings couple of times a year abroad
- Answer to a phone call in case of emergency out of office time
- Occasionally book flights and accommodation for the CEO, attend meetings with him
Elvárások / Requirements
Must have:
- Confident and fluent English knowledge (verbal, written)
- Min. 1 year experience in administrative role
- Multitasking (phone calls, e-mails, bookings)
- Ability to prioritize the tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident usage of Apple operating system and office programs
- Driving license
- Valid working visa in Hungary
Nice to have:
- Experience in tour operator related tasks
- Any other second language skills (e.g. German)
- Extroverted personality with open mindset
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
