Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionMaintenance of transaction processing across the customer care team, performing diligence checks and making necessary updates to the system including:
- price upload and auditing
- sales representative territory assignment
- customer master records
- reporting
- generating and verifying data
- ensure that high levels of internal controls are maintained within transactional processing by performing daily review of data input
Resolving CRM complaints:
- Preparing management information reports
- Ensure efficient and accurate process of transactions, including orders, invoices, query resolution and compliance
- Assist regularly with transaction processing, more so at peak times
- Ensure that high levels of internal controls are maintained within transactional processing by performing daily review of data input
- Ensure that all relevant transactional documentation is reviewed on a timely basis and kept up to date as a result of system or process changes
- Monitoring data on a regular basis to ensure it remains accurate and relevant
- Language skills: fluent in English and at least B2 French language knowledge
- Good attention to details
- Strong analytical skills and system thinking
- Solid experience with Microsoft applications, especially Excel (different formulas, VLOOKUP, etc…)
- Experience of CRM / SAP is an advantage
- Experience of Back Office/ Transactional processing
- Good understanding on the business processes
- Quick decision making skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with all organizational levels
