- acting as the first point of contact for employee inquiries
- providing full-scale support on HR related matters (such as hiring/onboarding, employee changes/moves, payroll & personal data changes)
- understanding and anticipating customer needs to provide fast and effective solutions
- supporting Global HR Centers of Excellence with feedback
- actively participating in the development and implementation of continuous process improvements
- Fluency in German and English
- 1-3 years of experience in Customer Care or HR
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Open-minded and proactive attitude
