Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for an IT Support Engineer, who will be responsible for the following tasks:
Pozíció leírása / Job description- managing the local IT systems and providing technical support to their users
- classifying, logging requests and resolving problems
- ensuring a high level of internal customer service in terms of the services provided (taking into account the level of SLA implementation)
- maintaining up-to-date technical documentation for supported systems
- working with international/internal teams aligned with actual standards
- availability to working alone and in the teams (with responsibilities and decisions)
- be part of the local/global projects
- good planning and executions skills about IT
- proactive way of working
- University degree (preferably in IT)
- a minimum of 2 year's experience in diagnosing hardware and software failures in an IT environment
- very good knowledge of Windows (Client, Server, Office) - certification desirable
- ability to operate and configure equipment such as: PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, peripherals
- ability to analyse problems and creatively find solutions
- communicative English and Hungarian language knowledge, both written and spoken
- knowledge of sql and powershell would be an advantage
