Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for an Industrialisation Engineer in its team, who will lead industrialization activities from a production standpoint during all Program Launches for plant(s) as well as developing a strong prototype and pre-production program.

- Manufacturing Methods/Processes Development: Identify shortcomings in existing manufacturing processes, systems, and procedures
- Operating Machine or Equipment: Operate complex systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity, carrying out new product trails and for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level
- Min. 3 years relevant experience
- Proactive and result-oriented attitude
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a Team
- Confident in English (spoken & written)
- Ability to manage assigned projects independently
- Open to travel
