Our international FMCG Partner is looking for a new colleague for the HR Travel & Expense Report Specialist role in Hungary.

The HR Travel & Expense Report Specialist for Hungary is responsible for validating the expense reports submitted by the Hungarian employees going on business trips. The validation process includes the following steps:”
Full invoice and expense report management of travel and employee expenses:
Checking the amounts and correctness of details of the submitted invoices
Verifying the submitted invoices according to the HR policy
Sending back the expense report in case of discrepancy
Forwarding all necessary information to Payroll / HR accounting
Filing and archiving hardcopy expense reports on a regular base
Solving upcoming issues via HR Contact Centre
Getting in touch with the dedicated person in case of missing expense reports / questions
In case of terminated employees, ensuring all documentations required for compliance are in place
Discussing recurring expense-related issues with managers to optimize processes
Handling various HR ad hoc/admin tasks delegated by manager
Tracking daily/weekly workload
Elvárások / Requirements
Fluency in Hungarian and Upper-intermediate English is a must. Fluency in English is preferred.
Computer literacy (MS Outlook, at least basic Excel and Word)
Preferably at least 2-3 years experience in similar roles
Ability to multitask, have a structured and flexible mindset – ability to prioritize efficiently
Excellent communication skills both verbally and in written. Ability to efficiently communicate with employees from various levels in the organization (including managers, directors, HR leaders)
- Ability to compose business emails in Hungarian and in English in a professional manner
- Growth mindset: have an open eye for improving processes
- Preferred:Office/Admin Experience; Finance or HR experience is an advantage
