Pozíció leírása / Job description- Communication: Ensuring effective communication between management and staff.
- Employee Relations: Establishing, evaluating, and resolving work conflicts and grievances.
- HR Policy Design: Developing and implementing company employment and HR policies.
- Advisory Role: Providing advice and support to management on HR matters.
- Relationship Building: Building strong relationships with internal customers, external agencies, and service providers - for all ER activities
- Data Management: Monitoring budgets, headcount requirements, and reporting to the Management Team.
- BSc degree and relevant training/certifications in Employee Relations.
- Experience as Employee Relations Team Leader, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Knowledge of employment law, labor legislation, and HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills in both Hungarian and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, HR databases, SAP Success Factors, and HRIS software.
- Strong time-management, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and manage relationships across various departments and seniority levels.
