On behalf of our multinational Partner - who is a startup and recently opened a branch in Budapest - we are looking for a ONE-PERSON SHOW HR Operations Manager.
You will be the first point of contact for around 20-40 employees and also the strategic partner of the management in any human resource activities.

- Provide with HR support for the employees and the management,
- Office Management - all the snacks and drinks are available, our visitors are welcomed and the person on point to help solve any office space related concerns,
- Draft documents and templates covering aspects of HR activity,
- Responsible for regular reporting and analysis tasks within the HR team,
- Support Finance teams and Benefits providers on any payroll related HR issues and assist employees in case of payroll related questions,
- Support the HR Team in the development of effective HR processes and coordinating the administration,
- Coordinate onboarding activities and responsible for administration during the leaver process, including exit interviews,
- Manage and update job descriptions and the maintenance of personnel filing, ensure all compliance documents are filed according to the GDPR requirements.
- Experience of at least 3 years as an HR Generalist / HRBP in an international company
- Working understanding of the Hungarian employment law and the Labour Code,
- Very good knowledge of English – C1 and above,
- Knowledge of MS office – Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word,
- Sociable, service oriented, flexible,
- Ownership- and project manager attitude,

- Self-driven personality,
- IT tech/start up experience is an advantage.
