Our multinational client is in Europe since 1990. Their center is in Germany, but it is growing internationally and also on the Hungarian market.
The client wants to create a new part of the company, and they want to organize a "Finance center" for this greenfield project.

- collaborates with the leadership to understand the organization's goals
- overall HR domain expertise BAU
- maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources,
- strong recommendation to approach regiona
- business partners, HR managers for whom it could be the next step
- potentially employer branding and commercial expertise though it is nice to have
- BA or BSc university degree
- 5-10 years experience in similar role
- fluent both English and German
- strong project management and change management skills
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- experience in an matrix organization
- retail knowledge is an advantage
