We are looking for a flexible and dynamic HR MANAGER regarding the Controlling field where you could lead a professional HR team and contribute to the development and prosperity of these fields.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Responsibility of the following HR fields: HR Controlling
- People management of the field’s colleagues
- Development and improvement of company policies and processes in the HR department
- Active participation in the preparation of a business plan
- Analyzing feedback of exit interviews or resigned employees and developing a retention strategy
- Support of personnel management, planning Hungarian workforce
- Active support of monthy and annual closing
- Improving and developing HR staff in order to serve the business needs in the most efficient way
- Collaboration with all departments within the organization
- Bachelor’s degree
- Fluent English knowledge both in written and spoken
- 5+ years of related HR management experience
- Min. 2 years of experience within the manufacturing sector
- Experience within a multinational company would be advantageous
- Strong communication skills, being able to consult, influence, negotiate on complex topics
- Being able to build partnerships, coach and influence leadership, acting as a trusted advisor
- Team player attitude
- Flexible personality who can work well in a diverse environment
- Exceptional ability to quickly build partnerships at all levels within an organization, capacity to align communication plans with broader company initiatives and a faculty for thinking strategically and analytically
