The Head of Investments is responsible for the expansion and construction of the company’s restaurants, including the renovation of catering units, technical improvement of their condition, maintenance and management of building operations.

- accurate knowledge of construction work processes and quality control
- knowledge and supervision of authorization processes
- checking and evaluating current licensing and construction plans
- tendering for contractors, conclusion of contracts, settlements and controlling
- preparation and regular updating of investment standards
- planning, regular control and operational management of executions
- preparation of pre- and post-calculations of projects
- management of the maintenance department
- preparation of annual Capex plan
Elvárások / Requirements- university or college degree related to the field (architect or civil engineer)
- at least 10 years of professional experience
- negotiation-level English language skills (both written and spoken)
- at least 5 years of managerial experience
- strategic thinking
- analytical engineering, problem-solving thinking
- project management experience
- mechanical and electrical expertise
- advantage:
- experience in a multinational environment
- experience in FMCG/retail
