Our international partner in hospitality industry looking for their new CFO, who has 10+ years of relevant professional experience in similar role. The ideal candidate has strong people management skills, because they will have 2 direct and 16-18 indirect report and has deep expertise in financial modelling, analysis, budgeting and forecasting.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- lead the total finance department, including controlling and accounting
- own and coordinate all aspects of the financial planning and analysis processes, including: budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, long-range planning, and business casing
- assist in building out a scalable, flexible reporting structure with the Accounting, Business Insights and Department teams
- work across the organization to spearhead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts
- process improvement streamline where it is possible
- help manage the forecast and provide management with clear insights into drivers of business growth, risks, and opportunities
- lead headcount and compensation forecasting
- own the balance sheet and cash flow forecast
- perform variance analysis of budgeted/forecasted against actual financial
- work closely with key business partners at multiple levels and collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in developing key performance indicators
- support ad-hoc analyses required by leadership, including business cases, cost savings
- initiatives and ROI analyses; support on major corporate decisions
- foster entrepreneurial spirit across the company and lead cultural awareness towards
- strong academic track record with a BA / Masters degree in Finance or Economics
- highly skilled with MS Excel, Financial Planning Software Tools, building dynamic financial models
- SAP, BI user level experience, not required to be an expert but an advantage
- closely with senior executives on financial management and strategy as well as cross-functional stakeholders on forecasting their business operations
- executive-friendly communication and storytelling skills that enable a high degree of comfort
