- Manage performance and efficiency targets
- Driving interaction with various HR functions
- Actively participating in HR projects, contributing to the further development of HR solutions, identifying areas for improvement and driving the implementations
- Take responsibility for allocating appropriate resources in order to keep the SLAs
- College/university degree
- Advance German language knowledge, upper intermediate level in English
- 3 years of experience in HR SSC
- 1-2 years experience in an HR Team Leader or Coordinator role
- Advanced computer skills, ERP system knowledge
