• First Point of Contact for the customers
• Providing efficient solutions to their issues, mainly via email (80%) and phone (20%) regarding Business to Business (B2B)
• Providing internal support to the stakeholders and the field engineering team
• Delivering professional service and excellence in a high-volume diverse back-office environment.
• Customers: laboratories, universities, R&D centers, hospitals.
• Creating and organising tickets
• Maintenance of customer databases
• Creation and maintenance of inventory reports
• Order management for thermal machines
• Understanding and monitoring the submission process
• Organising the service of products already in use by customers

• Coordinate the process with internal teams (contract team, asset management team, field engineers who go to service) 

• Experiences in call centre, reception, customer facing jobs,
• Basic technical skills are big advantage
• Confident, result/solution oriented fresh graduates are also welcome,
• You need to be very resourceful, need to see through and understand the whole process and how all the teams work.
• Fluent English (B2-C1) and Business level (C1-C2) German language is a must.
