What will you do?
...
● Customer data management.
● Take the lead on new assignments and projects, as part of a team or on an individual basis.
● Interact with customers and vendors and take part in sales discussions.
● Manage and maintain vendor contract information.
● Taking part in invoicing processes.
● Maintain supplier database.
● Manage the process for escalated inquiries and complaints to resolution, without managerial support.
● Assess the need for change and implement it in order to increase productivity.Elvárások / Requirements
How will you get there?
● 1-2 experience preferably in a purchasing, bookkeeping, invoicing or customer care.
● Vocational Training or Bachelor's is preferred but not essential.
● Fluency in the English and German languages - both written and verbal.
● Proven Microsoft Office user (Outlook, Excel)
● Experience with SAP or other ERP preferred but not essential
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Negotiating skills/attitude is a plus.
● Must have the ability to prioritize and solve problems and to multi-task under deadlines.
● Display stringent attention to detail and accuracy in the workplace.
● Take responsibility and act as an owner
● Customer focused mindset.
