Our Partner operates in the fuel and gas industry and is looking for a FUEL OFFER MANAGEMENT SENIOR EXPERT colleague in their international team. The potential candidate is supporting their constant expansion, has strong knowledge of the field of fuel management, and is eager to travel by business.

- Annual business planning and forecasting
- Group level -fuel- advertisement plan
- fuel quality assurance & manages the working capital in fuel
- Yearly transfer pricing review
- installation of pricing SW in local networks
DEVELOPS:
- calculation method for country level fuel retail market sizing
- category management framework for fuel category in line with 4P principles
- Fuel pricing, consumer marketing strategy with local Fuel teams
DEFINES:
- improvement areas with card department in order to maximize non-fuel upselling potential of fleet card customers
- corrective actions with local fuel category managers
COORDINATES:
- New product development
EXECUTES:
- monthly sales performance reviews network by network, and create sales evaluation reports
COOPERATES WITH:
- relevant stakeholders like local Retail heads, fuel category managers, local wholesale leads, Group C&O, Chief Economist,Refining, logistics, C&O Fuel Business Unit, Card department
MONITORs:
- local fuel commercials and marketing budget efficiency
RESPONSIBLE for harmonized/common business KPI set with Group Fuel Card department.
ENSURES the best practice sharing across the markets in each field of fuel category (physical supply of the fuel, fuel loss monitoring, pricing, promotions).
Elvárások / Requirements- University/College degree (Economics or Business)
- 5 years in Retail and/or commercial fields
- Knowledge of oil industry
- Experience with cross country cooperation is an advantage.
- Fluent business English
- Driving license, willingness to go business trips by car
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
