Responsibilites:
...- To be the primary contact for the Customers and for the Commercial Teams
- Support Customers and Sales teams in the given region
- Respond to Customer inquiries via phone and email and support the Sales Teams with their inquiries
- Process operational customer complaints
- Contribute in identifying and implementing process improvements, enhance customer experience through accuracy and responsiveness, hit targets set for service level agreements, and minimize audit risk exposure

Elvárások / Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Strong customer services experience within a fast paced, corporate environment (min. half - 1 year experience in an SSC area, or customer related field)
- Experience in a customer facing role, including order processing
- Good MS Office skills
- Knowledge of SFDC and SAP is a plus
- Accurate and fast data entry skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent organization skills
- Team player attitude
- Problem-solving skills
- Assertive, motivated personality
- Ability to pay attention to details
