On behalf of them, we are looking for a Financial Assistant, who will support the regional finance department with the purpose to execute and support in developing the financial strategy and policies of the Hungarian entity.
The company is located in Gyál, so we are mainly looking for applications from candidates with driving license.Pozíció leírása / Job description
- Registration, controlling and correct handling of incoming and outgoing invoices and financial information.
- Maintain the ledger, creditors and debtors administration.
- Manage the cash of the assigned organizational unit.
- Manage the outstanding balance of debtors and execute the financial administration that results from outstanding debt.
- Provide financial information for internal departments and/or clients when needed.
- Report to the management about outstanding balance and inform them of potential debtor problems.
- If needed assist other (local) departments in creating/maintaining in complexity comparable administration.
- Intermediate professional education in finance.
- 1- 3 years experience with financial administration.
- Intermediate English knowledge
- Basic excel knowledge
- Category B driving licenseAdvantage:
