Pozíció leírása / Job descriptionYour tasks will include
- Ensuring high-level managerial support for the daily activities of leadership team members
- Diary management
- Travel and meeting organization
-Organization of regional visits
- As the Team leader of the Facility Team, act as a source of expertise and guide the activities of the Office Assistant and Carfleet coordinator & Handyman
- Monitor and handle Office budget, expenses
- Support preparation for senior management forums
-Keeping in contact with facility management (cleaning personnel, repairmen)
-Keeping in contact with partners abroad
Elvárások / Requirements
- Excellent English language skills (written and spoken)
- Higher education is an advantage, but not a must
- High-level PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Great organizational and administrative skills
- Can easily establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
- Ideally, between 3 to 5 years experience as an Executive/Personal Assistant
- Proactive and high energy level, ‘makes things happen
- Reliable, systematic, structural thinker, does not leave anything to chance
- Flexibility, fast reaction to problems, ability to prioritize
