- Identify the customer's problems, assess their satisfaction, and proactively participate in process improvements
- Liaising with third parties to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Building up expert knowledge of our product, systems, and processes
- Your English language skills are at a near-native level
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- You are a quick learner and easily adapt to fast-changing environments
- You like to communicate with customers and you are able to empathize with them in stressful situations
- You are driven to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Customer Service experience is an advantage, but any previous experience where you have dealt with customers is welcome
