• Statistical Forecasting: Collecting and uploading Channel PSI data on a weekly basis to analyze the impact of promotions and events.

• Forecasting: Preparing weekly and monthly bottom-up forecasts in collaboration with sales leaders, and presenting these forecasts to top management.

• Demand Analysis: Analyzing and maintaining the seasonality curve of long-term sales and demand forecasts.

• Sales Planning: Uploading agreed short and long-term sales plans to the system, and effectively communicating this information to sales leaders and product management.

• Reporting: Creating reports for Sales & Operations Meetings, Channel PSI Trends, and Long-term stock analysis.

• Data Accuracy: Ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date, and managing report deadlines.

• Supply Chain Coordination: Purchasing goods and coordinating with the factory to ensure appropriate production and delivery schedules.

• Direct Deliveries: Organizing direct deliveries from the factory to our partners.

• Sales Performance: Tracking and reporting monthly sales performance through a sales progress report.

• KPI Monitoring: Providing weekly updates on KPI status and yearly total sales, including results and future forecasts.

• Team Support: Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to support their activities.

• A college/university degree.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in any of the roles & responsibilities mentioned above & in a sales-related environment. 

• Intermediate English speaking and writing skills.

• Strong analytical skills.

• A logical and proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proficiency in Excel and basic statistical knowledge.

• Familiarity with working in a cross-functional environment.

• Professional coordination skills and assertive communication.

• A team-oriented mindset for effective collaboration with other departments.
