Our business partner is looking for a new Demand Planner colleague!
In case you have experience in demand planning or supply chain processes; have gained experience in preparing forecasts, reporting and have excellent Excel skills then our offer is for you!
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Daily update of shipment status from the factory
- Weekly collection and upload of Channel PSI data for statistical forecast, assess promotion / event impact
- Preparation of weekly and monthly bottom up forecast in coordination with sales leaders, analyze and report the bottom up forecast to top management
- Analyze and maintain the seasonality curve of the long-term sales and demand forecasts
- Upload the agreed short and long-term sales plan to the system, convey information to sales leaders and product management
- Prepare Sales & Operations Meeting report, Channel PSI Trend report and Long-term stock report
- Weekly update of KPI status, yearly total sales status including results and future forecasts
- Purchase of goods, communication with factory to ensure appropriate production and delivery schedule
- Organize Direct Deliveries from factory to partners
- Track and report the monthly sales performance through a sales progress report
- Support the marketing and sales team’s activity
- Min. 3 year experience in any of above R&R or in sales related environment
- Intermediate English speaking and writing skills
- Strong analytical skill
- Logical and proactive behavior
- Good knowledge of Excel and basic statistical knowledge
- Professional coordination and assertive communication skills
- Great team worker for cooperation with other departments
