- Adding information to the database
- Liaising with suppliers via email
- Updating and cleansing data on the system to maintain reliability and accuracy
- Reviewing information received from customers such as photo evidence and CCTV footage
- Assessing data in order to recognize potentially fraudulent behavior and activity
- Escalating issues to the Fraud team if necessary; ensuring only genuine claims are upheld
- Continuous improvement of our products and processes to ensure customer' and third-party satisfaction
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- A solutions-focused mindset that always has the customer’s best interests at heart
- Experience in a target-driven environment processing data is an advantage
