Our client is an e-commerce company that is looking for a dynamic, agile CTO to manage technological changes, design new solutions with the education of the team and building the necessary resources and competencies.

- Responsible for the company’s IT development strategy, able to design and deliver
- Translate IT solutions into business language in a simple straightforward way
- Research and measure the business effectiveness of all IT solutions, monitor continuously the success
- Adapt fast and in an agile way to changes, able to redesign
- Hands on technological support for the team with continuous coaching
- Point of contact for external IT partners making sure equally on fluent collaboration and best agreements for the company
- Daily communication with internal stakeholders to prioritize, align goals and solutions

Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in managerial roles
- 5+ years of experience as a software developer

Qualifications & certification:
- BA/MA in computer science or equivalent
