Our partner has the ambition to further develop their successful origination activities within the Europe region. Therefore, They have set up a team with eager and enthusiastic colleagues across Europe who have a lot of expertise and knowledge in this area. As part of their origination strategy, they strive to educate and share knowledge amongst their network. One of their ways to achieve this is to implement a CRM system, Regenerative Agriculture initiatives etc. helping the firm to build strong and reliable relations with our regional producers of the agricultural commodities. In order to continuously develop our activities and successfully implement this system they are looking to hire a CRM Manager. In this role you will take the lead in locally implementing their projects which will be rolled out across the region. To do so, you will be liaising with traders, Trade managers, their IT department and the team manager to ensure procedures and processes are followed in line with the regional strategy. The position you are applying for is part of their European team. You will hierarchically report to the Head of trade within the country and Functionally to the European Team Manager, who is located in Rotterdam. You will work in an informal, diverse team – lot of changes/projects for improvement.

...- As part of European team you will participate in the European strategy development and you will take the lead in successful implementation of all regional origination related projects and initiatives in your country
- You will be trained to become a Super User of our new CRM system in the country, engaging and supporting the local team in using the system
- You will continuously monitor, review, analyze and further improve the inputted data in
the CRM system and other origination related systems with focus on continuous
improvement
- Participate in building up a Centre of Excellence for the regional origination team with
focus on advancement and best practices sharing
- Liaise closely and frequently with different stakeholders, such as Traders, Logistics,
Sustainability and IT teams, to ensure projects progress and manage any issues that
could arise
- Run origination reports ensuring informed decision making by the team
- Further develop sustainability and traceability initiatives locally, provide support in rolling
out Regen Agricultural projects.
Elvárások / Requirements
- Level of education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business, economics or a
related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a job where project management, systems and/or
data were part of the job
- Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
- Able to coordinate, oversee and execute complex projects
- Commercially minded with strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and work successfully both independently and in a team
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details
- IT literate - experience using a CRM system and Tableau is preferred
