Pozíció leírása / Job description- Monitoring and managing on a daily basis customer outstanding, payment patterns, receivables and collateral
- Follow up on specific payments pro-actively, reminding sales and/or customers and collecting outstanding payments
- Managing credit levels (DMA, RMA) and making sure the company is compliant to the rules of delegation of authority
- Applying recovery mechanism with clients (reminders, payment plans, cards blockings, rebate adjustments etc.)
- Managing all relationship with credit insurance, banks and other collateral providers like EuroVAT
- Ensuring detailed and clear real-time communication between sales, finance and management on credit
- Leading, coaching and monitoring sales team in cash recovery as long as the relationship with client is still amicable and taking over fully the cash recovery once the outstanding becomes doubtful
- Preparing together with Chief Accountant bi-weekly bad debt provisioning for validation by MD
- Assisting accounting team in understanding cash flows per account and to post them correctly
- Delivering all necessary analysis, controlling and reporting credit related topics
- Preparing and leading bi-weekly credit committees in the HUB, a monthly credit committee with Head Office
- Process improvements to improve efficiency, long-term bottom line result and reducing risks (once the changes are approved the credit manager drives and implements the decisions)
- 3 years of experience in credit management, cash collection and credit analysis
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge (Serbian or Croatian language knowledge is a big plus)
- Capacity for integration and adaptation, Group attitude, Team spirit
- Good sense of business, Good communication, Good organizational
- Availability, reactivity, pro-activity, Detail-oriented, organized, forward thinking
