Pozíció leírása / Job description- leading and developing of the team (social media editors, creative writers)
- providing quality assurance of content, copy and concept (social, digital)
- developing and implementing new ideas, concepts and sharing new trends with the team, the agency
- determining the creative and social standards of the team
- keeping contact with clients
- developing new businesses - presenting strategy, ideas, concepts, content to possible new clients
- 4-5 years of experience in social and creative communication
- relevant experience in people management, team leadership
- fluent English, German knowledge is an advantage
- good knowledge of Business Manager, Creator Studio and other social media tools (Sprinklr, Talkwalker)
- determined personality with good communication skills
- open-minded, creative attitude, who enjoys to work in a team
- it is an advantage if you have experience (and/or passion) in the automotive sector
