Pozíció leírása / Job description- Mainly AP-related identification of quality issues and risks and escalation of such issues
- Managing external and internal stakeholders
- Supporting service charges and other cost reconciliations
- Minimise invoice volumes awaiting approval or being queried and minimize approval/query resolution times in the P2P system
- Regular reporting on property expenditures
- Validating invoice header details and reviewing, code, and authorize invoices for payment
- Managing Invoice queries
- Cost Control query management
- Internal and external audit support
- Fluent English knowledge
- 0-3 years of experience in any finance-related role
- University degree is necessary (preferably Economy of Finance related)
- Working knowledge of Excel and MS Outlook
- 4 days of home office/week
