Our Partner is a German automotive supplier chain company who is looking for its qualified and experienced CORPORATE LEARNING MANAGER. The position is a strategist role in which you would be responsible for the group’s global learning processes and contents, besides managing your learning team.

- Design and management of the group’s global learning portfolio
- Manage further roll-out and ongoing operation of learning management system
- Establishment, support global learning community within the group’s organization
- Design and steer global learning initiatives
- Continuously improve training processes from needs assessment to learning transfer assurance
- Selection of external learning providers, management of the contacts
- Providing expert advice and support to the local HR business partners and local learning experts
- Plan, manage corporate learning budget
- Design processes, manage global deployment, delivery and ensure continuous improvement
- Monitoring of process performance and alignment with (local) process experts on the improvements
- Leading, mentoring of the corporate learning team (5+ people), plan and monitor the capacity and workload of the team
- Key challenges would be: to build and lead a new corporate learning team, to support implementation of a new global learning management system, creation of appealing learner experience, management of transition into digital learning
- Min. college degree (preferred in adult learning or psychology)
- Fluent English, native Hungarian knowledge
- Min. 7 years of working experience and min. 5 years experience in adult learning at a multinational company
- Corporate learning experience is essential, SSC background is a very good plus
- Min. 3 years of leadership experience (leading min. 5 team members)
- Experience in implementing and operation of learning management systems would be also a must have criteria
- Team working attitude, project management skills are also essential
- MS Office skills
