Our international partner is looking for a new Commercial Finance Executive to work closely together with the Finance Manager. This position is a great opportunity if your goal is to move into management in the future as this is an entry level management position. The new colleague will be responsible for complex finance tasks and interesting projects.
Pozíció leírása / Job description- Prepare monthly status of trade and brand marketing spend, budget, committed, invoiced and assess savings & needs of budget holders
- Provide budget holders with accurate and timely practical information to enable them to manage spend more effectively
- Assisting teams in negotiations and appraisal of results / investment
- Is involved in planning process budget reviews and report back to Commercial Finance Manager and Head of Finance
- Coordinate preparation of the Marketing Spend budgets to provide accurate and timely information to help Marketing management monitor ongoing performance
- Ensure compliance with Company and Group Financial reporting deadlines
- Provide ad-hoc reports and analysis for relevant stakeholders
- Increase the level of financial awareness within the Marketing function
- Assist Commercial Finance Manager to analyse and interpret critical financial and allied information on marketing performance proactively for senior management for timely decision making and cost economics
- Train and Coach Finance Interns or Global Graduates to ensure continuity and pipeline in Finance community
- Attend and assist budgets meetings (Monthly Operation Meeting, Cycle Plan Meeting, etc.)
- Demonstrate continuous improvement within Commercial Finance investment area of responsibility
- Find new and more efficient and effective methods to do day to day work, reduce the complexity of time consuming tasks and concentrate on value added activities
- University degree Economics / Business preferred or previous working experience in the fields of Finance / Accounting
- Good understanding of finance / accounting procedures
- ACCA / CIMA qualification is a plus but not required
- Good MS Office / Excel skills
- SAP knowledge is a plus but not required
- Fluent English and Hungarian knowledge
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
