Our global partner in the flavor and fragrance industry is looking for an AR Project Lead with 5+ years of relevant experience in the finance field. - Leading projects and AR team members
- Making sure processes and work are done according to compliance and SLA standards
- Business Continuity planning
- Managing audits and implementations
- Process Automation projects
- Escalating urgent issues to upper management
- Holding regular meetings
- Coaching and mentoring team members
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance or other relevant field
- At least 5-6 years of relevant experience in the field of Finance
- Good understanding of AR processes and ERP systems (for example: SAP)
- Experience with migration / transition projects and process improvements
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Excellent MS Office and Microsoft Excel skills
- People management experience is advantage
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an advantage
