As part of this strategy, digital transformation of Retail has started, the scope of which includes new capability development in the areas of- CRM, Loyalty, Digital campaign management, E-Commerce, Data Lake, Artificial Intelligence, IoT, APIs, mobile application and chatbot. Consumer Services future IT architecture strongly rely on several technology i.e Mulesoft therefore it is a crucial pre-requisite of a successful development and operation to have in-house Mulesoft technical knowledge.

Design and develop applications and components in MuleSoft Anypoint environment using Anypoint Studio and Design Center and Management Center
Develop new APIs and Microservices based on new requirements
Continually improve DevOps practice and tooling to deliver a robust digital landscape
Collect, understand and align Consumer Services business teams’ Mulesoft and integration related DevOps needs
Adopt 'Automation of everything' as a key, ground-up design principle, considered in everything built by all teams
Collaborate with software developers, system operators and other IT team members to manage code releases
Cross and merge the barriers that exist between software development, testing, implementation and operations teams and keep existing networks during design, planning and testing
Create and share operational requirements and development forecasts to facilitate timely and accurate planning of projects
Deploy new modules and upgrades and complete fixes within the production environment
Routine application maintenance tasks, troubleshooting and fixing
Performance management of applications, evaluating performance issues, developing recommendations, and assisting with modifications or to identify alternate solutions
Provide technical support (e.g., Level 2 support) when required
Build tools to reduce occurrences of errors and improve customer experience
Support Group-level and country-level business teams (8 countries across CEE region) to help them benefit from the Group-level DevOps capability
Identify gaps and issues with current digital landscape, and support the designing of solutions to resolve them
Elvárások / Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mulesoft Developer
Experience with CI/CD technologies related to Mulesoft development
Minimum 2 years of experience in working in an agile environment across multiple projects Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Sound hands-on knowledge, using Anypoint Studio and Design Center and Management Center
Operation experience with CloudHub and/or Standalone Runtimes/Runtime Fabric preferably deployed on Microsoft Azure
Experience with Microsoft Azure, especially DevOps tools
Ability to work as member of a geo-distributed team with less supervision than the produced benefit
Preferably Mulesoft infrastructure knowledge (CloudHub and Azure)
Retail domain knowledge is a plus
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Integration
