- Monitor Key Performance Indicators
- Advise and execute mitigation plans while ensuring a smooth delivery
- Proactively escalating to the operation leader in case of issues.
- Working out Process improvements together with the Teams
- Leading calls with Local Affiliates
- Ensure appropriate hard skill / on-the-job training to AP Analysts
- Fluent English
- 4 years of relevant experience
- University degree
- Good working knowledge of ERP systems (such as SAP)
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable required
- Good Microsoft Office skills, with an excellent Excel working knowledge
- Good communication and organization skills
- Great customer service is essential
- Being a team player brings over a can-do-mentality
