Pozíció leírása / Job description- Processing, validating, posting invoices (PO and non-PO)
- Paying vendors during payment runs
- VAT and tax calculation
- Verifying and checking local tax rules, regulations, compliance
- Keeping contact with vendors and answering inquiries
- Keeping contact with clients
- Working together with internal departments in case of escalations
- Ad-hoc involvement in process improvement projects
- Degree in Finance / Accounting / Business or similar field
- At least half or 1 year of experience in finance
- Excellent Slovenian language knowledge is a must
- Good command of the English language (both speaking and written)
- SAP system knowledge is a plus
- Critical thinking is a must
- Comfortable usage of MS Excel and other MS Office programs
- General understanding of accounting processes
- Precise work and good attention to detail
- Proactive, team player
- Previous completion of Lean Six Sigma courses is a great plus
