Pozíció leírása / Job description- Responsibility for achivement of the sales quota in assigned territory/region/country
- Manage relationships with customers and distributors to understand their requirements and develop appropriate solutions meet their needs
- Implement a sales strategy that focuses on channel, end-users and installers that enables territory management
- Contiuosly scan for prospects with current or new costumers to achieve new sales and expands offerings within the account
- Understand market relationships and partnerships with costumers and distributors
- University degree or technical qualification in electrical engineering
- 5+ years proven sales experience in the electrical or industrial market
- Flexible and ambitious personality
- Demonstrated skills associated with selling to multiple types of customers with different expectations
- Skills in managing multiple tasks/projects along with the ability to work in a self-directed manner
- Demonstrated ability to leverage partnerships and work in a team environment to drive the strategic plan.
- Ability to define and quantify opportunities through customer research
- Ability to use strong written and verbal communication skills
