If you have at least 3 years of experience in high volume recruitment, you speak fluent English and enjoy working closely with hiring managers to help them implement best hiring practices and influence people then we would like to hear from you!

- manage and improve the end to end recruitment process
- prepare creative job advertisements
- use different channels in order to attract hard to find candidates
- provide excellent candidate experience
- being involved in exciting new projects (expanding in foreign countries)
- hire multiple roles across different teams
- building strong relationships with hiring managers
- strengthen employer branding
- at least 3 years of recruitment experience
- experience in designing hiring strategy
- agile, quickly adapting personality
- curious, open-minded, proactive mindset
- excellent stakeholder management
- aiming for high quality service
- IT tech/start up experience is an advantage
